Just a Thought...
Some pulpiteers won’t preach loudly because they fear scaring people.
Some won’t preach the entire truth because they fear offending people.
Others focus on religious entertainment and Christless programs because they fear losing people.
While others, have heard from God and refuse to offend HIM!
“Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins (Isaiah 58:1).”
“Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables (2Timothy 4:2-4).”
